Trick Concepts - Fire Sword, Wood Bokken Katana with Kevlar Wick and Slip Resistant Grip - Boken

A Fire Bokken is a Japanese wooden sword used for training, similar in size and shape to a Katana with a wicked sheath. The wicked material is soaked in liquid fuel and lit on fire as part of cultural dances, and martial arts routines. Our Fire Bokken's start with high quality top grade oak base. The Bokken is then wrapped in aluminum tape to reflect heat and keep the wood from drying out. Next, we add a layer of Nomex felt to further the heat protection and act as a fuel reserve. The final step is to cover it in a Kevlar sleeve for durability. The end result is a fire sword that is strong enough to take full combat blows with a long burn time.
